Have things that I have to do today so need to play my happy song so I can get in the right frame of mind.
Part of therapy is getting my feelings out on my online journal so that I can vent them in a safe way and writing here does that. I got some of my anger out this morning but I need to focus on the good in my life right now and not dwell in the past. I got the therapy time done for today so now I am going to focus on the future and how to best achieve my goals.
