Yes, as a daughter of the Mayflower and American Revolution I really loved this country at one time. I loved and trusted the gov. I really thought we were a moral government which made us a great gov. but with what happen in 72 under Nixon to my father and it was the British gov. that saved his life because he was half- Brit, which makes me half Brit;when the American gov, said IT ISN’T MY PROBLEM TO SAVE YOU, EVEN THOUGH YOU WERE BORN IN MASSACHUSETTS, WHICH I KNOW AMERICAN SCHOOLS FAIL, IS IN THE UNITED STATES.
I forgave that but never forgotten. I meant my oath I took as a Daughter of the American Revolution. Then in the 80′s when I went for help to a UNITED STATES CONGRESSMAN IN MASSACHUSETTS he too said IT ISN’T MY PROBLEM WITHOUT ASKING ME ONE QUESTION OR GIVING ME A CHANCE TO EXPLAIN OR PROVE I WAS TELLING THE TRUTH.
