This is to remind people what PTSD. We shouldn’t be judged harshly for having a hard time dealing with things that have happen to us in our lives. Maybe if there wasn’t such a neg. spin on people who have PTSD more of us would seek the healing that we need to move forward in life and embrace a better future for ourselves.
Unlike other mental issues, people with PTSD can heal given time.
I am already doing a lot better.

This song really speaks to me, because since I was 14 I have wanted to move back the UK and live in Scotland. Yet, I am still stuck in America that for me personally has sucked. It sucked because we had no child abuse laws in this country until 74. Plus add the failing schools who when I was raped at knife point by a fellow student refused to call the police anad make me the criminal instead of the boy. I played a lot of hocky. Not once did someone ask why I ran away a lot and never went to school. I would have gotten a much better education in the UK. Then add how the government treated both my dad and I when we got in danger and it was the British Gov. that saved his life and got him safely out of Asia, because we are half British because of his parents, I admit I have more love and loyality to the British Gov. then the American Gov that frankly sucks.
If you are born in America and you ask someone in the American gov. for help they just say IT ISN’T MY PROBLEM, without giving you a chance to explain yourself or prove you are the one telling the truth. they just take the side of the enemy. They don’t have the courage or honor to seek the truth, face the truth, or fight for the truth. COWARDS ALL OF THEM. From Nixon’s government that my dad faced his cruel response to me in the 80′s in MA that had the same cruel response from a Congressman in the United States Congress. So forgive me if I don’t think to highly of my American side and think America sucks big time.

I still have an angry little girl inside of me with the PTSD, but we are working on it.
So I want to be back in the UK, which I belong fit in better. I get lost in the translation and am misunderstood and misjudged by Americans. Who don’t realize I always defend and fight for my British side and when it comes to having to choose between them, I always choose my British side.
But I guess I am still needed here in the States for some reason. So here I am stuck.
We will see what it is that God has planned for the next stage of my life. I am going to be honest with my feelings because a part of healing with the ptsd is getting those feelings out. So if people don’t like that I am more British then American in mindset and heart, that to bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is my online journal and it is my heart not theirs.
If their father and them had been treated the way we were by the United States gov, they too might have anger and resentment. They too would be more loyal and have more trust and love for the British gov. that saved my father!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So don’t judge me until you walk in my shoes. So much written and said about me is a LIE. NEVER MAKE ASSUMPTIONS ABOUT ME AS YOU ARE ALWAYS WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
