I have had ice packs on my arm
to try and cut the pain since I cut
myself down to one pain pill at night.
Today is my last pain pill.
Don’t want anymore. Debating
if I should get a script for a non opiate
drug, but it has fake opiates (tramadol)
for 1-2 weeks only.
Or wait until the 26th when I go back
and keep doing the ice packs and keep
toughing things out.
