Another round of defending my old friend’s
brother who was being attacked by judge and
jury Catholics. I said my peace and I have
more important battles to fight in the real
world then fighting women in their drama.
Maybe someday my old friend will face the
truth and have the courage to admit that
I have and always will be a true loyal friend
who love unconditionally. Who will fight
to save him and his family when they are
being unfairly attacked by anyone. I have
always been his wing person watching and
protecting his back. Now I am watching the
back of his brother too, when he needs
time to heal.
I think of the old song we sang as little girls
about making new friends. One is silver and
the other gold. I hope to make a new friend,
but I also want my old friend to be part of my
life too. True friends love you the way you
are and he is perfect the way he is. We all
make mistakes, but he has passion and that
Celtic Warrior heart, which I know needs to be
expanded, but I know is inside of him. If he
could only see himself as I see him and believe
in himself and me I as I believe in him; then
he could do anything he set his mind to.
There are many kinds of love. Mine is a love
for a friend toward a friend. We lost our
friendship but I think we could build it back, if
only he would face the truth and correct the
mistake. No Sorry’s need to be said or wanted.
Just make make peace between us and bring
much needed resources to the battle. By
introducing me to someone else, you are helping
the good guys WIN!!!!
New friends are bright and shiny and exciting.
With time, they become like gold and the love
lasts forever.
Here is letting in the new, but still being there
for the old friend and helping him when he
needs my help in life and in any battle he
finds himself fighting for the moral imperative’s
in life.
