I toss and turn around alot,plus speak out when I sleep. It is working out all my feelings. I am so glad we have a wonderful classic rocki station in phoenix. I listen to them a lot.
This just played on the radio here in Phoenix, their version is better. I will get healing for the ptsd. One must fight hard for their recovery. It is our recovery.

Last one. Summer of 75 in Cape Cod, MA. Great Summer. I miss New England and the ocean there. I wish I was in New England now and not in the hot desert of AZ. To hot here, plus no OCEAN.
