Hope everyone is having a good week.
I am doing good, and I see healing more and more. Jesus is so good in helping me heal from the hurt I feel, because of how I have been treated in this life. Finally with teh Lord’s help I am now able to let go and move forward. For the first time I believe in my heart that letting go of the old and bad is a way to open the door for the new and good.
thinking of teh election, there are only two men I can vote for and that is Rick Santorum, who is my first choice and Mit Romney that is my 2nd choice. No one is perfect, but I believe they are honest men. I can’t vote for Obama or Newt, because they are liars and lie. Newt, I have caught in a lie. I can’t vote for liars because one can never trust what they say.
People say to vote for the lesser of two evils that no man is perfect. That is true. there is one exception and that is lying. Lying is nothing I can support. Lying is not the same thing as disagreeing about if one wants to cut more in military spending or domestic spending. We can disagree, but if our candidates are caught in a lie, that is the end for me, and they will never get my vote.
I will not vote for Obama or Newt. I will spew myself out of the political system we have. I might still vote on local issues, but for a choice between Obama and Newt, I will not vote, as they both lie.
I am dispointed in some Republicans who claim to be conservatives, but who support Newt when Newt is a Progressive Republican who admires Progressive Presidents. I stand with Principle and condemn both parites who lie and are corrupted, whereas there are hyprocrits who condemn the other party but excuse and stay silent when their party that does the same thing.
If I leave the Republican Party this time, there will be no going back. If they choose Newt, then I won’t be the only Republican who leaves and spews themself out of the political system and doesn’t vote. If true Conservatives stay home because they won’t vote for Newt, then Obama wins.
The Republicans can do better then Newt. Why does lying mean so little to Americans of both parties these days, that we have two liars to choose from. If a candidate hasn’t been chosen by the AZ Primary, I will vote for Rick Santorum. I like Romney too, as I think he is an honest man with good moral values like Santorum.
Need to get my patotoes in the oven and think about taking Benji for his walk. I am allergic to fish so I am making so nice trout for my mom and I am going to have a New York Steak. I love seafood, but can’t because my throat swells up. My doctor told me not to risk it, when I told him, that I love shrimp and lobster and would sometimes eat it. So no more fish for me but I love steak too, so I don’t mind to much.

Don’t forget the other party options if you don’t like the Dems or the Reps. Not voting is apathy, but voting out of the mainstream is getting your voice heard even if it doesn’t lead to a win.

Honesty is the most important quality a leader must have, in my eyes. there is a difference between disagreeing on where to cut spending or where to raise taxes. People can disagree and still be honest men/woman of moral courage and honor; but when that person is caught in a LIE, it stops being someone you can hold your nose and vote for. Once someone lies they can’t be trusted. we have a government and political leaders in this country who LIE TO US. Yet where is the outrage by the American people that we have a government and President who LIES? LYING is accepted and people don’t care about the lying and corruption of our government.
I choose to stand by my principles over party loyality. I am almost finished with Being George Washington. Great book. What would George Washington do if faced with voting between two liars?

NO, he would do as I am doing and refuse to accept lying in a President, Congress and all depts. of government like Justice.
He would do like I am doing and vote for local and state issues, but not vote for President in 2012, as I believe HONEST MEN AND WOMAN SHOULD NOT VOTE FOR A LIAR.
We must hold our our Leaders to a moral standard which includes TELLING THE TURTH AND OBEYING THE LAWS OF THIS NATION, INSTEAD OF TRYING TO FIND ALL THE WAYS TO BREAK THEM, WITHOUT BEING PUNISHED.
Unlike to many people today, I am not a hyprocrit. You know the people who condemn wrong doing in those of the other party, but when your party comes to power do the same exact things that you condemned the other party for.
Both George Washington and John Adams who were heroes to me, knew that Political Parties would be bad in the long run, as people would put their party above their nation. That right or wrong, you support your party.
I choose HONOR and TRUTH over putting another LIAR, who just happens to have an R after his name and not a D.
I call out both parties and condemn both parties of lying and corruption and turn and walk away from both of them.
I was Green before I came back to the Republican party in 10. I can’t return to them as they are pro abortion and gay marriage, which as a Catholic I follow the teachings of my church on. If I find a Political Party that I can belong to and still be a good Catholic then I will join. So far I haven’t found one that I can support and join as a Catholic.
I am hoping that my fellow Republicans are smart enough not to choose Newt, but it is scary when you have high level Republicans like Palin, Perry and Thompson jump on the Newt bandwagan.
We must all seek God’s wisdom on how we vote or not vote as the case might be. At this time, I feel the Lord telling me to let go of my love for politics and trying to change things through the political system. At this time, I feel God showing me to work on healing from the past emotionally. To accept that politics is not the moral profession that I thought it was. I really thought as a kid that Politics was a moral profession, boy was I wrong. I was an idealist and believed that one could change things and fight the evil and those who seek to destroy our system of government based on the Constitution that our Fore Fathers like George Washington, John Adams and Thomas Jefferson worked so hard on. It was with their blood, sweat and tears that his nation was started on. these men risked everything in fighting the American Revolution, and we as Americans today elect knowinly men and women to President who LIE and ARE CORRUPTED AND HAVE NO REGARD OR RESPECT FOR THE CONSITUTION.
I WON’T PLAY THEIR GAME. I reject anyone who is caught in lies and also I reject hyprocrits who condemn wrong doing when the other party is in power, but excuse, accept, and even do what they condemned the other guy on. If it is wrong when the other party does it, THEN IT IS WRONG WHEN YOUR OWN PARTY DOES IT.
Instead of making excuses of why it is ok to have a President who LIES AND CORRUPTS THE SYSTEM, WE NEED TO STAND UP AND SAY WE WON’T VOTE FOR LIARS. THAT LYING IS NOT ON THE SAME LEVEL AS DISAGREEING ON HOW SPENDING SHOULD BE CUT.

Love this song. Haven’t totally given up my dream of finding the right man to fight along side of me, but each day I am more and more accepting that God has another plan for me and I must let go of my dream of working together to stop those who have evil intent in their heart.
