Report: Russia to Offer Much-Needed U.N. Support for Palestinian State
MOSCOW (AP) — A top Palestinian official says Russia is supporting his government’s bid to seek recognition of a Palestinian state at the United Nations this fall.
U.N. membership requires a recommendation from the Security Council and approval by two-thirds of the General Assembly, or 128 countries.
Nabil Shaath, head of a Palestinian delegation that met Tuesday with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, said “our plan to go to the United Nations will get support from Russia.”
Shaath did not specify exactly what he meant by Russia’s “support.”
Lavrov was quoted by Russian news agencies as saying the aim of talks by the Mideast Quartet – of which Russia is part – is the creation of an “independent, democratic Palestinian state.”

While the world will work to destroy Israel off the face of the earth and join with the Islamists who want to destroy her, I believe God will protect Israel and Jewish/Christians.
We must pray for Israel everyday. We must pray that we who believe in the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob stand together and find the courage to fight against all those who want to destroy us.
The time has come to choose. I choose to support and stand with Israel and the Jewish people. Catholics must stand together with Jews and Protestants. We must all stand together united. God is greater then he who is in the world. Fear not the man who can only kill the body but not the soul. Fear the one who can kill both the body and the soul.
Those of us who believe in God, know that the Bible is the Word of God. God speaks to us through the Bible and gives us wisdom, courage, and inspiration we need to continue to walk the way Christ would have us walk. Reading the lives of the saints, we know that many of them were killed for the Catholic faith. We have Protestants like Bonhoeffer who were killed for the Christian faith. We have Jews who were killed for their faith. God doesn’t promise us a life of no pain, but he promises us he will help us through the struggles and evil that we will face.
God will protect Israel and those who stand with Israel. God will also judge those who hate Israel and try and destroy her and the Jewish people. God will also judge those who hate Catholics/Christians and try and destroy us because of our faith in Christ.
Read an article about how Obama is going to play another fast one on the voters, by making it sound like he is pro Isarel. Any Jew who lies and says Obama is pro Israel when he is pro Islamist terrorist, is lying. You show that your liberal Progressive political view is more important then your people and Jewish faith. Israel will not be around if Obama gets four more years. I just hope Conservative Jews see through the lies of the Progressive Jews, who have no real love for Israel or their Jewish faith.
We have Catholics who like the Progressive Jews, choose their progressive Socialist views over their faith. Sad, isn’t it that they love the world and being loved and popular by the world, more then they love Christ.
We are told we will know a person by their fruit. That is true. Those who love the world more then their faith are walking on dangerous ground. What will they have gained in the end, for loving the world and their Progressive Socialsit view more then Christ? They might have all the riches and power in this world, but what will happen when when the time comes that we face Jesus? I would rather be hated and poor in this world and Love the Lord with all my heart and trying to do what he would have me do, even if it means pain and suffering or even death; then to be rich and powerful in this world, but in order to gain the money and political power, I had to sell my soul. Will it be worth it in the end for them? I don’t think so.
Israel, we may have a President who is working with the Islamist terrorist groups who want to destroy you, but the American people support and will stand up for Israel. Our President is disconnected to the American people. Most people see through his LIES. LET US HOPE THAT HE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE LYING.
