Sen. Joe Lieberman Says He Will Join Beck for ‘Restoring Courage’ in Israel
Yesterday, Glenn Beck announced that Connecticut Sen. Joe Lieberman will be joining him in Israel this August for the Restoring Courage event. Lieberman appeared on Beck’s FOX News show to publicly discuss his planned attendance.
He told Beck and the audience, “I’m going to stand with you in standing for Israel.”

I saw it last night on his show. It is wonderful that people of all political views and religious faiths are coming together to support Israel. We need to make our voices heard loud and clear that we stand with the Jewish people.
Can others follow the example of putting aside our political differences for the good of the whole? I hope so. If we have any chance to save things and change things for the greater good; then we must work together as one. No matter what political view you hold there is always an issue that we agree on. Everyone is connected to each other in one way.
I pray that God will use this rally and will bring Catholics, Jews, Protestants, Liberals, Progressives, Conservatives, Democrats, and Republicans etc together because they all support Israel. I pray that people from all over the world will attend and make our voices heard. We must stand with Israel and the Jewish people.
In California they are trying to pass a law that would make Jewish people have to choose between following their faith or breaking the Law. This is just beginning. More and more people of faith or having to decide if they will follow their faith or join the world view.
I ordered a book that I have been wanting to read for a long time and finally was able to.. I should receive the book this week and when I do, I will post my thoughts. I have read books about this person before but this is a new book and I hear an excellent must read. I have always admired this person, though there were years when I forgot who I really was and allowed my faith to be hijacked from truth into a lie of a cult. I can’t change the pass but I can change the future.
We are living in a world today where we are starting to see History repeat itself. Appeasement didn’t work then and won’t work now. Obama is a weak President and leader. I keep praying that the Democrats will find the courage to stand up to him and challenge them like they did Johnson. I keep on hoping that there are enough honest and honorable Democrats left in that party to do the right thing for the American people and not just for the Democratic party. We have people in both parties who put their party first, over what is best for the nation and the American people. Nation should be first. Both parties have been corrupted and lie. We deserve better then this.
Someone posted to me that Principles don’t matter anymore, it is about the party winning. I said WRONG, Principles and honor does matter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If We don’t have HONOR then we have nothing, even if you have all the money and power in the world. If you aren’t honest then you are not honorable. If you don’t have the courage to stand for what is right, even if it means the world is going to mock you, bash you and hate you, then you don’t have honor. We live in a world where HONOR takes the backseat to political parties (Dems and Gop). That is wrong. George Washington and John Adams knew that the Political Parties at some point when divide this country and that party would become more important then what is best for the nation. They knew the both parties would demigod the issues for their political party to gain votes, and that nothing would be done to correct the problems because the problems helped them get more votes.
I believe that honest people of all political views and religions can come together and support Israel. three cheers to Glenn Beck and Sen. Libberman for showing us the way to move forward as Americans united for the support of Israel.
