BEIJING (AP) — Chinese police have detained 49 leaders of an underground Protestant church in a central province, an advocacy group and local official said Wednesday.
The U.S.-based China Aid Association said all three floors of a church building in Henan province’s Weishi county were searched and thousands of dollars worth of property were seized during the raid Tuesday on a religious education seminar.

I hope Catholics/christians all around the world will keep these brave men and women in our prayers. We know that like many saints who walked before them who were put in prision for their faith and killed for their faith, that we must choose to obey God over the STATE or MAN. Yes, we might be put in prision or killed for our FAITH, but we know that God is with us and giving us the courage and strength to endure what comes our way. We are to not fear those who can only take away our lives, but God who can not only take away our lives but can also send us to hell. Hell is a very real place. Hell is hell because it is a place where God is not there. It it total seperation from God.
When we take God out of the equation we take out the good in people. I have noticed that a lot of the so called popular beliefs in our time don’t have God at the heart. They remove God from the equation and that is why our world is in such a mess today. That is why we live in a world where people stand by and do nothing when another is attacked and beaten up. No compassion for others. Hate is not from God. Yet, we live in a world where people hate others who are not exactly like them or who don’t think exactly like them. HATE just spews out.
The STATE is not what saves us, but God is what saves us. Collective salvation is a lie of the devil. Who will you choose? Will you choose the world and being loved and popular in the world or will you choose God over men? I choose God. These brave men and women have chosen God too.
