I took my mom to the doctor today and she has a lung infection. He gave her some meds so hopefully she will feel better in a couple of days. One med isn’t working well and is making her more nervous then usual, but we are going to keep giving her the blue pill, lol.
Praying for the situation in Japan as I heard on Anderson Cooper that the situation is not good. They are talking about very high levels of radiation and a meltdown. They aren’t out of the woods yet. I pray everyday for them when I pray my rosary. I hope that Catholics all around the world will pray rosaries for this situation.
The situation in Libya isn’t very good either. Now we are going to arm the rebels. Why do I feel in my gut that even though President Obama said he would not send ground forces that ground forces will be sent? There are sill alot of questions that have to be answered. I am for human rights for all people and it doesn’t make me a bad and terrible person because I believe their are valid questions that need to be asked. Like how are we going to pay for this new war when we are fighting two other wars. It doesn’t matter how the Liberal/Progressives double talk and say it isn’t a war, it is a war. We are bombing another country which is a WAR. Are we going to go into Syria now because their government is shooting and killing their citizens for peaceful protest? Why Libya and not Syria? There is no real mission plan and there seems to be a double standard because Syria is doing the same thing as the leader in Libya and not ONE WORD OF CONDEMNATION.
I keep on hoping that Democrats will find someone to run against Obama in the primaries. Time and Time again he shows me that he doesn’t have what it takes to be President. He doesn’t have the experience and his lack of experience really shows. He doesn’t tell the truth and lies to the American people. He said one thing to get elected, but once elected he still keeps blaming Bush and Republicans. He is at the HELM NOW and not Bush. It is frustrating talking to Progressives who voted for Obama, as they are sorry they voted for Obama in 08 and don’t plan on voting for hin in 12. Yet, they keep saying it is Bush and you keep on pointing out that Obama is PRESIDENT and must start taking responsiblity for his ACTIONS. We all know if this was a Republican President that Progressives would be asking the questions the need to be asked when a President gets us involved in a NEW WAR WHICH MAKES WAR NUMBER 3 WE ARE FIGHTING AT THE SAME TIME. Liberals won’t admit that this is Obama’s war but keep making excuses for Obama’s failures and actions.
Yes, I hope the Democrats will find one Democrat who has the courage to run against him in the primaries. I hope the Republicans are smart and pick a good candidate who has a chance to beat Obama. Please not SARAH PALIN. She is another one who like Obama doesn’t have what it takes to be President. I am sure she is a nice person and fun to hang out with, but I don’t think she has the qualities needed for what is going on in the world and would be a good President.
Donald Trump is thinking about running. I think he would be an interesting addition to the primaries and in the debates. Newt is thinking of running and he too would be interesting addition to the debates. I don’t have anyone in mind yet. I do know that he will have to be pro-life. That is a very important issue for me as a Catholic. Our Bishop here in Phoenix is very clear that if a Catholic votes for a candidate who is pro-abortion or is a member of a political party that is pro abortion in their platform that we would be in mortal sin and can’t receive Holy Communion. One can’t be Catholic and believe in abortion. One has to choose who they love more, their Catholic faith or their political party; when their paths oppose each other. Who is our master. Mine is Jesus and the Catholic Church. Others mgiht choose their political party as first.
I know people who choose their race first over anything else. To them that is the most important thing. We all have something that we love as number 1 in our lives.
