Election Day 2010
I voted early this morning. Was voter # 23 in Sun Lakes, AZ.
I feel good about how I voted as I feel I did what was right for me. I did vote for the Green Candidate that I helped this election even though she is pro abortion. I might have to go to confession for that, because as a Catholic I am told I must vote pro life. At the end, how could I not vote for a woman who I helped with her campaign. I am still a Green so it shouldn’t surprise anyone that I voted for her. All the other races I voted Republican like a good Catholic so hopefully I am not in to much sin for voting for Linda the Green candidate.
We must all vote for what we think is right.
I am in a lot of pain today because the pain meds aren’t really working as well as they did and I ran out and have to wait until the third to fill them. So I am in a lot of pain and don’t know if I will be able to go celebrate with the Republicans tonight as planned. If I do go it will be just for a short while. My neck and shoulder are in really bad shape. They are working to see if I get approved for a block.
Please vote!!! It is our duty as Americans to vote. It is how WE THE PEOPLE MAKE OUR VOICES HEARD.
Watching the election returns.
It has been one of those days. When one door closes another door will open. I do believe that. It has been a rough couple of days for me medically and it doesn’t look like it will be getting any better soon. I am glad I voted today, but I don’t think I will be able to go to the Republican Party I wanted to go to tonight. I hope they have a good turnout.
I am watching the returns both on tv and the internet which is new to me. This is the first time I have used the internet for election coverage and not just tv. I am enjoying Glenn Becks coverage from his website. He uses humor to make his points.
I have come to admire Glenn Beck for his deep Christian faith that I believe gives him the courage to speak the truth. We must allow our faith to make us strong to stand up against all evil in the world. We must believe that good will overcome evil.
Just came over the news that Rep. Alan Grayson has conceeded. He lost!!!! Glenn is playing Happy days are here again, lol. He deserved to loose with the ad of lies he played.
Still some other races to wait for, will post later.
The Blaze is reporting that the GOP has won control of the House. That is good news.
