21 Bridge Street, Norwell, MA

This one too is in Norwell.  It needs a lot of work as it has no stable, but I think the lot might be big enough to build one.   I used to ride my horse Tia along the North River.  It was great riding but that was back in the late 80′s so I don’t know what Norwell is like today.  They had a charming resturant that was a good place to eat.

If you are seeking privacy, this is the property! Situated on one of Norwell’s highest elevations, this 1950 expanded Cape has been tastefully renovated and blends with the wonderful era (design). It has scenic wooded trails, but abutts an upscale subdivision & properties over 1 mil. The scenic North River is within walking distance for boating. Wonderful kitchen with honed countertops,SS appl. that opens to the warm family room. Beautiful LR with built-ins. A charming property!!

Yes, it is a nice place that with a little work would make a very nice home. I wish I could pay for you and your family to move to the States and get out of South Africa, but at this point in time I am as poor as a church mouse, lol. I will be doing good to save enough money to be able to move out of the oven state of AZ where today it is going to be a cool 108 degrees F. I have to save and get my passport, save for plane fare and the cost of staying at the Ord House if that is where I decide to go for treatment.
