This one is a nice piece of property for those of us who love to ride horses and want to be active in the horse community. Yet, I loose being near the water. I just don’t think I am going to find what I want in MA. It is to expensive to find what I am looking for ocean front with stables. Maybe Maine would have what I want. I know I can find what I want in Scotland for cheaper.
As a single woman I don’t need a five bedroom house just so I can have my stable and land on the riding trail.
I am posting this because I think it is a wonderful home and for a family it would be a great home where many happy memories could be made as a family.
