My Thoughts for Saturday

I am watching CNN and just found out that “top kill” didn’t work.  I am sad as it means the oil is still flowing out as a river of destruction.  This is not good news.  I will keep praying to St. Jude that God would give man wisdom to know how to plug that hole.

Now they are on to the next plan.  Let us hope that this new plan will work.  I don’t totally understand it but they are going to try caping it.

I wanted to add that today I trolled David Duke’s site, and didn’t find one article about the crisis that Southern LA is facing because the monster ” blob of oil”. I have for a long time felt he was the tin man because he had no heart. One reads his book and he talks about his deep love for LA. Yet, his actions or lack of action is very clear that David Duke doesn’t care about anyone or anything but HIMSELF!!!

This is a man who says he is thinking about running for President in 2012 for the Republican party, who grew up in LA and explored those wetlands in his childhood. He likes to think he is just your normal Southern man who is fighting to save the South. Yet, his actions are very clear that making videos about Rand Paul and his interview are more important than speaking up and fighting to make sure that justice is done. The oil hasn’t stopped flowing yet, which is going to hurt the LA fishermen who if David is to be believed voted for him and elected him to the state house. The wetlands are dying and yet not one word or call from David Duke to bring attention to what is happing in LA. If I had been one of the LA families who voted for you David, I would be disappointed and disgusted that you didn’t have a heart to where you even cared that LA was being destroyed. Have you spoken up and brought the attention of the world that permits were not granted to start building the defenses they need to build? Not one word!!!

David Duke you don’t have the right stuff to be President. Americans want a man who has a heart. People don’t judge you based on hearsay and gossip, but they judge you by your actions.

Anyway, I will keep speaking out about what is happening in Southern LA and working to save the wetlands. We need to also make sure that the families who live there receive justice.
