Jack Lemmon’s Steak Marinade

1 cup Beef broth
1/2 cup Soy sauce
3 ounces Bourbon
1 Clove pressed garlic
1/2 teaspoon Ground ginger
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Mesquite honey
Combine ingredients in a glass jar, shake, pour over a 3 to
4-pound, 2-inch thick sirloin and let marinate several
hours, at room temperature, turning several times. Broil
over mesquite, or charcoal with mesquite chips.
