Unregulated Nanotechnology – Are Your Products Safe?
But we are jumping the gun — we are commercializing nanotechnology without enough knowledge about the risks involved. Studies have shown that some nanoparticles can cause health risks such as lung damage, and may also be harmful to the environment.
Already, there are hundreds of products containing nanoparticles on the market, including sunscreen, anti-aging creams and food products. We are putting these chemicals in and on our bodies before they have been proven safe and we have got to stop before serious damage is done.
Nanotechnology should be our friend, not our foe. Tell your member of congress to address the potential risks of this important new technology before it’s too late.

Yes, he reminds me of the boy in 6th grade at St. Anderews who used to tease me all day long. I once asked Lance why he teased me so much and he said because I like you. Like a boy pulling the girls hair to get her attention.
