Easy Crockpot Meatballs
Throw these ingredients in the crockpot early in the day, and the meatballs will be ready for eating when you get home from work.. I love cooking with the crockpot.
3 pounds frozen cooked meatballs
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
3 cloves garlic, minced
10-ounce jar beef gravy
3 tablespoons water
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Combine ingredients in 4- to 6-quart crockpot and stir. Cover and cook on low four to five hours until thoroughly heated. Serves up to 10 for snacking or use the meatballs for sandwiches. I like to serve it with noodles. It is really easy.
